St. Peter’s Basilica
Place symbol of Christianity and guardian of the tomb of the first Apostle and Pope Simon-Peter. It was built in about 120 years by famous architects of the caliber of Michelangelo, and is still the largest Catholic church in the world today. Let yourself be guided among great masterpieces without getting lost in its 15000 m² (160000 square feet) of surface.
Dome
550 steps will take you to the roof of the tallest dome in the world, Michelangelo’s initial project. Over 130m (420ft) and a 360° view of the Eternal City will make you feel the thrill of having Rome at your feet! Its beauty will leave you breathless. It can be combined with other guided tours, such as St. Peter’s Basilica or Castel Sant’Angelo.
Papal Audience
Since the early 20th century, the Pope has received pilgrims and newlyweds at the general audience every Wednesday. The guided tour includes tickets and accompaniment to security checks and the best places to see the Pope. While waiting for the Pope, an explanation of the history of the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica.
